Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Data Entry Clerk. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and updating data into computerized systems. This is a vital role in maintaining the integrity and accuracy of our data.

Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry tasks with speed and accuracy
- Enter data into computerized systems using various software applications
- Verify and correct data discrepancies or errors
- Create and update spreadsheets and databases
- Generate reports from entered data as needed
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all data
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files
- Assist with other clerical tasks as assigned

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a clerical or data entry role preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create pivot tables
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic math skills for data verification purposes
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and copiers
