We are looking for Warehouse Associates to help us deliver an exceptional experience to our customers This position is Sunday - Thursday 7 00AM 3 30PM

We are looking for Warehouse Associates to help us deliver an exceptional experience to our customers. This position is Sunday - Thursday 7:00AM – 3:30PM. We are looking for someone ready for a challenge! We can ship up to 1,000 orders a day.

The Warehouse Associate picks and packs orders for shipment to our customers using scanners and our WMS systems.

*Please Note: This position is only open to Pennsylvania residents.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Maintain orderly and safe working conditions
• Assist in developing standard operating procedures for picking/packing orders and inventory management
• Coach and motivate employees to achieve peak productivity and performance
• Maintain staff schedule
• Assist in hiring and training new employees
• Ensure accurate, one-day processing of retail and wholesale orders
• Receive, stock, and maintain accurate inventory

Basic Qualifications & Skills:

• High School diploma or GED
• Excellent computer skills
• Must be able to speak, read, and take direction in English
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment to hit units per hour goal
• Must be able to bend, lift, open and move product up to 70 pounds consistently
• Must be able to stand/walk for up to 8-10 hours with or without reasonable accommodation
• Must be willing and able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach with or without reasonable accommodation
• Must be physically capable of working in conditions normally associated with a merchandise warehouse or distribution center (such as, but not limited to, warm and cold temperatures, some janitorial work, working on a team and independently)

• Detail oriented with careful attention to accuracy
• Courteous and professional demeanor
• Accurate picking and stocking products
• Attention to detail and the ability to follow tasks to their completion
• Dependable and punctual with reliable transportation
• Positive and helpful attitude
• Outbound Freight, Forklift, PO Receiving and/or Data Entry experience preferred

Hours

Sunday - Thursday

Working Conditions & Environment:

Candidates must be able to consistently lift, open and move inventory weighing 60 lbs.; must be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, reach, and stand/walk for up to 8-10 hours with or without reasonable accommodation; must be physically capable of working in conditions normally associated with a merchandise warehouse or distribution center (such as, but not limited to, warm and cold temperatures, some janitorial work, etc.).

Salary: $16.00 per hour plus hourly bonuses
