Oversee the installation configuration and maintenance of all IT systems including servers networks and software applications

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled IT Manager to join our team. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our IT department and ensuring the smooth functioning of our IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of all IT systems, including servers, networks, and software applications
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure data security and compliance with industry standards
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and address their IT needs
- Plan and execute IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
- Conduct regular audits to assess the effectiveness of our IT systems and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and maintain a business continuity plan to ensure uninterrupted operations in the event of a disaster or system failure
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in technology to recommend innovative solutions for our organization

- Serve as the "help desk" for employees

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of VMWare, Active Directory, Windows Server, Linux, and network infrastructure
- Experience in IT project management and implementing ITIL best practices
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
