Back and Front office Assistant Wanted at Growing Ear, Nose & Throat Practice!

Location: Lakewood and Littleton Office in CO

Pay Range: 19-24 an hour (commensurate with experience)

Part-time and full-time available

Job Description:

We are looking for individuals interested in joining a growing surgical speciality practice. Candidates should have prior experience working at a medical office, and ideally an Ear, Nose & Throat practice. We are also open to candidates starting a career in healthcare or interested in pursuing futher education for a career in healthcare. We will train, educate and support you in this and future endeavors.

Responsibilities Include: Assisting with surgery scheduling but willing to help with front desk when needed

• Assisting with authorizing and scheduling surgeries
• scheduling patients appointments
• Working side-by-side with our physicians in the clinic setting.
• Checking patients in for visits
• Keeping the exam rooms organized and clean.

Desired Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working within a healthcare setting
• Willing to always provide a high-quality patient experience.
• Able to effectively and clearly communicate.
• Must be professional and courteous to all patients, staff, and providers
