Established in 1992, Impact Absorbents has been a leading manufacturer and source for highly absorbent and fast working products for spill cleanup in the US and Canada. We have facilities in Atascadero, CA and Benton, AR. Our headquarters office is generally quiet, with some employees working remotely.

**Overview:**

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a desire to help customers, and an ability to develop strong working relationships.

**Duties:**

- Respond in a friendly, helpful manner to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person

- Provide information about products and services

- Process orders, returns, and exchanges

- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM software

- Assist with resolving customer issues, follow up to ensure resolution

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

**Skills:**

- Proficient in data entry and file management

- Strong organizational skills

- Ability to transcribe and type accurately

- Skillful followthrough in customer communication and projects

- Familiarity with computerized systems, particularly Gmail and Google Suite

- Experience with databases, particularly Google Sheets or Excel

- Capable of data collection and analysis

- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

- Willing to be cross-trained and take on new projects or duties as they arise

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
